Bahaghari.Org
Why bahaghari.org? Why not somethingblablarainbows.com / org / net?
Actually, I originally planned to buy bahaghari.com, but it turns out that it has already been taken by someone. I really, really like the sound of bahaghari (which means rainbow in Tagalog, if you still don't get it D:) and owning a domain with this name is like a dreamcometrue, which I was really hesitant to pursue at first. And, I find it unique when it's not in English. I'm not really into typical/ordinary/average things, you see.
Why buy and waste money for another domain?
I don't plan on wasting money by just buying domains. Of course, I have to make use of the things I buy online (who wouldn't anyway?). I just want to reserve the domain, for my *ahem*.. future plans?.. which includes of putting up an online shop :D
So does this mean that you're gonna start neglecting e-s.net?
No, no. It isn't like that. I'm not going to let go of e-s.net that easily :) I have been maintaining that site since 2005 and it would be such a waste if I do start neglecting it.. just for this artfolio-ughh-i-cannot-even-categorize site.
Is this *gasp* another *gasp* portfolio site of yours?
Ughh well, deviantART's still going to be the portfolio of all of my portfolios (is there even such thing?). This is where I'm gonna upload my rainbow-related art stuff. Let's just see if that would push through in the future. Haha.
Did you make this layout? How?
I drew first the outline stuff in Adobe Illustrator CS2 using my wacom pen tablet. I colored and edited the layout using Adobe Photoshop CS2 afterwards. Manually coded the rest (well of course, exclusive of the photoshoptable-generated codes) in cuteHTML (similar to notepad, only with colors and shortcuts :D).
